AIGI 322A Bearing Protector (Oil)
The AIGI 322A is a non-contact bearing protector for oil-lubricated bearing housings. Built in brass with PTFE and elastomer sealing elements, it keeps lubricating oil where it belongs while shutting out the dust and moisture that cause premature bearing failure.

- Labyrinth seal replacement: It serves as a direct substitute for conventional labyrinth seals on bearing housings.
- Oil in, contamination out: It is the model to specify wherever oil must be retained inside the housing and washdown water or airborne dust kept out.
Good to Know
- Brass and PTFE build: The protector combines a brass body with PTFE and a choice of elastomer.
- Two elastomer options: NBR suits general service, while FKM is the pick where operating temperatures run considerably higher.
- No wear parts: Since there is no contacting lip, the isolator does not groove the shaft and needs no routine replacement of wear parts.
- Oil lubrication only: This model is configured specifically for oil lubrication. For grease-lubricated bearings, the companion AIGI 322B is the appropriate pick.
