AIGI 322B Bearing Protector (Grease)
The AIGI 322B is a non-contact bearing protector configured for grease-lubricated bearings. Sharing the brass, PTFE and elastomer construction of the 322 family, it seals dust and moisture out of the bearing housing so the grease charge stays clean and the bearing lasts far longer.

Where It's Used
- Grease-lubricated machinery: The 322B is specified for rotating machinery whose bearings run on grease rather than oil.
- Mounts on the housing: It fits on the bearing housing in place of a conventional labyrinth seal.
- Keeps grease clean: It keeps washdown water, humidity and airborne dust away from the grease and the rolling elements.
Good to Know
- Two elastomer options: NBR covers everyday conditions and FKM serves where temperatures run considerably higher, which between them covers most plants.
- Moderate speed rating: The grease-service configuration carries a more moderate shaft-speed rating than the oil version, which suits the slower duties where grease lubrication is typical.
- Oil-service alternative: If the bearings on your equipment are oil-lubricated instead, look to the companion AIGI 322A.
