Dia-Flo Direct Loaded Bonnet
The Dia-Flo direct loaded bonnet is an economical way to give weir-type diaphragm valves automatic on/off operation. Pneumatic or hydraulic pressure acts directly on the diaphragm to close the valve, forming a simple air-to-close package that can be supplied with or without a pilot solenoid.

Where It's Used

- Smaller sizes, moderate pressures: It covers the valve sizes and pressures typical of such panels.
Good to Know
- Minimum line pressure: The valve needs a certain minimum line pressure to operate reliably, so confirm process conditions before specifying it.
- Solenoid optional: The package can be furnished with or without a pilot solenoid.
- Air or hydraulic media: Either pneumatic or hydraulic operating media can be used.
- Deliberately simple: A cast iron bonnet and adapter over an elastomer diaphragm keeps spares inexpensive and maintenance quick.
