ITT Engineered Valves

Pure-Flo Chromatography Valve

The Pure-Flo Integral Chromatography Valve replaces an assembly of five diaphragm valves that connect a chromatography column to process piping, integrating the required valves into one machined block. It serves the needs of three P&IDs using four or five valves in a single assembly, dramatically reducing contact surfaces and hold-up volume while minimizing dead legs and footprint. Standard sizes run 0.25-2 inch (DN8-50); the CHRO block includes a bypass valve while the CHN block omits it. Patents 6,112,767 and 5,906,223.
