Pure-Flo Grade E1 Diaphragm
The Grade E1 (NGE) diaphragm is a peroxide-cured EPDM developed for intense biopharmaceutical applications, outperforming previous EPDM and EPM classes with improved resistance to steam, WFI and common CIP chemicals. It fits Pure-Flo valves from BT to 4 inch (DN6-DN100) and is rated -4 to 194F for liquids, -22 to 285F for continuous steam and -22 to 302F for intermittent steam. It is USP Class VI and FDA 21CFR177.2600 compliant, conforms to ASME BPE SD-2.6, and has a limited shelf life of 6 years.
