Pure-Flo Grade TME PTFE Diaphragm
The Grade TME diaphragm combines a modified-PTFE (with PPVE) product contact surface with a specially formulated Grade B1 EPDM backing cushion in a robust two-piece construction, improving performance in thermal cycling and minimizing backing cushion compression and extrusion. The two-piece design uses a floating tube nut to reduce cold flow and point loading and to eliminate delamination. It fits Pure-Flo valves from BT to 4 inch (DN6-DN100) and is rated -4 to 329F (-20 to 165C). It complies with FDA 21CFR177.1550 (PTFE) and 21CFR177.2600 (backing cushion) and USP Class VI.
